The Hanford Branch Library meeting room is available during library open hours, for non-profit community groups, including civic, charitable, educational, religious and other public service groups, when not in use for Library purposes.
Meeting room rental rates are $40.00 for fours and an additional $10.00 per hour for anything over four hours (up to 8 hours).
Occupant load of the meeting room is not to exceed 50 persons.
Meeting room fees will only be waived for Kings County agencies.
Cancellation of the meeting room must be made 48 hours prior to the reservation. There will be no refund of fees if cancellation is received less than 48 hours prior to the reservation.
Fees must be received prior to use of the Meeting room. We accept cash, check or money order made payable to the Kings County Library.
The meeting room can be booked up to three months in advance on a first come first service basis and will only be booked to adults. Youth groups may use the rooms if a responsible adult is present at all times.
